6:30 AM Teams may register and set up
7:00 AM Head Cook's meeting at the pavillion; cooking may
begin immediately afterwards
11:00 AM Gates open to public
11:30 AM – 11:45 AM Chili blind judging turn-in
12:00 Noon – 12:45 PM Brunswick Stew blind judging turn-in

Public Sampling begins
3:00 PM People's Choice and Best Booth voting ends; ticket jars collected
for counting
3:45 PM Awards at the Pavilion
4:00 PM Gates closed to the public
7:00 pm Park closed; Cook team equipment and vehicles must exit the park
